Gratitude Jars
A Simple Way to Celebrate Love
I have developed a very unique and special product. A set of personalized gratitude jars. The perfect gift for your next wedding. This gift also makes the ideal gift for event planners, photographers, videographers, florists and venues looking to give as a present to their newly married couple as a thank you. The idea of gratitude jars came to me when I reflected on the countless things my husband and I do each day as a married couple. From managing our careers to taking care of our home, staying connected with family, and doting on our Golden Retriever, Nala — our lives are full and busy. Yet, amidst all this, it struck me how easy it is to overlook the small, meaningful things we do for each other daily.
I realized how truly special and essential it is to share gratitude with someone you love. That's when I thought: why not create a playful, personal way to express appreciation? And so, our personalized gratitude jars were born.
The idea is simple yet impactful: we write notes of gratitude for each other and drop them into our jars. Big or small, each note becomes a reminder of the little ways we show love. Fold it up, pop it in the jar, and let it wait to surprise the other person. Trust me, there's nothing quite like the joy of opening a note-it's like unwrapping a thoughtful gift.
These simple messages of kindness and gratitude spark joy, warm the heart, and deepen the love we share. They remind us to focus on what truly matters: the small, thoughtful acts that build connection and strengthen our bond.
I created these gratitude jars as a celebration of my own marriage and as a reminder to cherish the everyday kindness that makes life so beautiful. What better way to honor love than with a daily practice of gratitude.

Gratitude Jars
A Simple Way to Celebrate Love
My husband and I have been together for many years. Recently, I got to thinking about all the things we do for one another on a daily basis: From walking our Golden retriever, Nala; to cleaning our home; cooking our meals; managing our careers; and simply being there for one another in good times and bad, in sickness and in health. Our lives are full and busy - and after years of marriage, like many couples, we can take one another for granted.
I got to thinking about the act of gratitude: about all our daily “gifts” to one another that tend to go by without comment or sometimes, without even notice. I realized how much each of us yearns for recognition and appreciation from those closest to us. It was clear to me that gratitude, expressed often and with awareness, sweetens relationships. And, out of that awareness, Gratitude Jars were born.
The idea is simple: I made personalized glass jars for us - one with my name, the other with his. We keep these jars where we both see them regularly. Whenever we think of our partner, and how they contribute to our day to day lives, we write little personal notes and drop them into our jars. Big or small, funny or sentimental, each note becomes a special way we express our love and appreciation for one another. We each write a note, fold it up, pop it in the jar, and wait for it to surprise the other person. There's nothing quite like finding a new note in your jar and the excitement of unfolding a note- it's like unwrapping a surprise gift.
These simple messages of kindness and gratitude spark joy, warm the heart, and deepen the love we share. They remind us to focus on what truly matters: the small, thoughtful acts that build connection and strengthen our bond.
While I created these gratitude jars as a celebration of my own marriage and as reminders to cherish the little kindnesses that make life, and our marriage, so beautiful, I realized that I wanted to share these jars with the world.
There has been quite a bit of scientific research into the practice of gratitude, and we now know that people who practice gratitude regularly are happier, have better health and even sleep better. It goes without saying, that gratitude makes one feel loved and appreciated.
These personalized Gratitude Jars are a perfect and meaningful gift for weddings or anniversaries and special occasions. They are an ideal thank you from wedding professionals to their clients.
